A large salon with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen opens out onto a large terrace with incredible sea views and space for evening meals in the summer months..
The terrace can be ‘closesd off’ wiith large patio sliding windows for protection from the wind or when used for yoga etc.
There is a guest suite (with a separate entrance) on the first floor of the main house with bedroom, private salon and bathroom. This guest apartment opens out to another marvellous west facing terrace area.
At the top of the garden is a small caseta with bedroom and ensuite bathroom which sits just above the swimming pool.
The new glassed in pergola is fitted out as a small gymnasium.
