To book an apartment via our web page you have to register on your portal. You have to create your user name and password or you can register via Facebook or Google. It is not obligatory to register to book an apartment – those who don’t want to do it can only send us an email with the selected dates and name or web link of the apartment.
When you find suitable apartment for your holidays you can make online reservation. Although there is availability and price online, we will send you an email in max 24 hours confirming it (the apartments are promoted on more portals and web pages – and it can happen that there is other booking at the same time and the dates are not synchronized yet). With the confirmation we will also send you further instructions how to reserve the property.
A deposit is required to hold your reservation. When booking, you have to make a bank transfer or pay via pay by Paypal between 30% and 50% of the price of the accommodation, depending on the apartment – we send you instructions. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer. If the transfer confirmation is not received after 24hrs, the booking is no longer valid and other bookings will be considered. When the payment of this charge has been confirmed, we will generate a reservation number, which will be needed for any communication with Tarifa Adventure.
After booking, you will receive confirmation by email and on the web portal – containing all of your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person who will meet you at the apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial booking fee for all reservations is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.
We advise you to take a travel insurance.
In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incidents, the conditions of cancellation shall be applicable as established above.
The obligatory cleaning fee refers to the cost of cleaning the apartment after your stay for all reservations shorter than 7 nights.
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available upon request with an added fee.
In the event that the guest wishes to stay for fewer days, the remaining balance stays the same so as to compensate the owner for the breach of contract.
Tarifa Adventure and the owner do not take responsibility for any type of direct or indirect damage that happens to the tenants during their stay in the apartment, including (without limitation): damages to persons or possessions, losses resulting from fire, theft or criminal behavior.
The accommodation owner is to provide all the information and resources regarding the accommodation. Although Tarifa Adventure makes the best effort to verify and update the information shown on the website www.tarifaadventure.com, Tarifa Adventure does not take responsibility for its content. Tarifa Adventure reserves the right to update the information posted on the website at any time, including but not limited to: rates, descriptions and photographs.
Moreover, the internet provider is not to be held accountable for internet availability and it is not obligated to resolve the internet problem during your stay.
Check in time after 16.00h.
For arrivals after 21.00, the late check-in fee is 10 Euros per hour after 20.00. There is no check ins after 1am.
Please keep us up to date with your arrival details. As soon as you leave the airport and then again 30 min before the time of arrival to the apartment call or text your contact person. Not having this information may result in you having to wait for your contact person and a delayed check-in. Our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time.
The apartment will be ready for you before your arrival. We will prepare the flat and leave one set of fresh towels per person (one hand towel and one large towel), and one set of sheets for each bed. There will be no change of linens or towels during your stay.
In case you disagree or find any deficiency you should report this within 24 hours of your arrival. After this period no complaints will be filed.
You will get an explanation of how to handle all the apartment’s equipment and will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract. Cash payment of the remaining balance will be paid at this time. In addition, a refundable security deposit is required in case any losses or damages occur during your stay. The amount of the security deposit varies between 200 and 500 Euros, depending on the apartment and the duration of the stay. This amount can be paid either by credit card or cash. If no damage occurs, the full amount will be refunded.
Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received.
The security deposit can be also paid by credit card (Secured Payment via Redsys – you have to have mobile phone that is connected with your credit card with you – because the payment portal is going to send you PIN code on SMS to confirm the payment).
ALL THE GUESTS older than 16 years must show ID or passport to register their stay with the Guardia Civil (Police). This is obligatory by law of community of Andalucia.
Check out is latest at 11h (Unless it is agreed differently at the Check In). In case there is no other reservations or cleaning planned we allow you stay longer – but this has to be agreed on the arrival.
On the day of departure, we will check the condition of the property and verify that everything is is order so that we may refund the security deposit. All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit.
If you leave very early in the morning, we check you out one day before in the evening and in the morning you just leave the keys inside the apartment and shut the door when you leave.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Internet : In very few instances, the routers supplied in the apartments may not be compatible with your equipment for which Tarifa Adventure or property owners cannot be held responsible.
Tarifa Adventure cannot be held responsible for the failure of any external services which are not under our control i.e. Internet, water, electricity, construction noise etc.
Please note that parties and additional overnight guests are absolutely prohibited. If any person staying in the apartment is behaving inappropriately or irresponsibly, playing music excessively loud, or otherwise creating a disturbance Tarifa Adventure is authorized to request that the client and his companions immediately leave the apartment. If this occurs, the customer has no right to ask for the return of the security deposit or any part of the pre-paid rent.
Clients should adhere to the community rules (given at the check in and written in the Wellcome book located in each apartment) of each particular property. Failure to do so can result in expulsion from the property without refund.
The person signing the contract is responsible for the appropriate behavior of all persons accompanying him.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and results in a 200€ special cleaning fee.
