A spacious well furnished townhouse for holiday rent in the centre of Tarifa with community swimming pool and gardens. The large living/dining room opens out on to a sheltered patio – ideal for outside dining in the Summer. Good sized kitchen. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor with a distant sea view from the master bedroom. Its less than 10 mins walk to Los Lances beach and close to the Old Town with numerous restaurants and bars for evening entertainment without having to drive a car. Ideal accommodation for a large family.

Prices shown in High & Peak season are for 6 people but up to 8 people can stay with an extra cost of 15€ per person. A maximum of 6 adults.

Booking & Stay Terms A reservation is confirmed only after the deposit is received. Provisional bookings are held for 24 hours. Security deposit: €200–€1000, depending on the property. The deposit is non-refundable, and dates cannot be changed. Travel insurance is recommended. Key collection: 09:00–20:00. Late key collection incurs €10 per hour. No handovers after 24:00. Balance and security deposit must be paid in cash on arrival. No card payments. No compensation for temporary outages of electricity, water, internet, or TV. External noise (construction, traffic, etc.) is beyond our control. Pets are not allowed unless agreed prior. Extra cleaning fee: €20. No parties/events. Only registered guests allowed. No smoking inside. Quiet hours: 23:00–09:00. Breach of rules may lead to termination without refund. Guests must remove trash and place used linens by the washing machine before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Late departure may result in deductions from the security deposit. Lost keys will be charged.
